Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya

My stay at the hotel was really pleasant overall. The rooms were large, filled with amenities and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. However, the cleaning services seemed to miss a few spots. The hotel's location was very convenient for accessing PJ and TTDI, but being in an office area may not provide easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The service I received was exceptional, especially from the friendly staff like Michelle and others at the front desk. The dining experience offered a good variety of food options, but there is room for improvement in the food quality. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my comfortable stay.
